Resolution Changing

Changing window size has always been a bit intimidating. But Shikiri now has a basic option in the menu to change resolution and toggle fullscreen.

With love.graphics.scale I didn't need to make many changes besides changing draw calls to use a base width & height, instead of the real window dimensions.

I was worried this would be an inescapable pit making most people unable to play it properly, so it's a good outcome
